Mad Bess is a 4 piece covers band based in Surrey (UK) that also performs as a solo acoustic act.
Mad Bess performs a wide range of fantastical rock, pop, soul, indie and party covers from the 60s to present at various venues including private events. Artists covered include Abba, Stevie Wonder, Madness, The Kinks, Simple Minds, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Thin Lizzy, Roxy Music, Human League, George Ezra, Harry Stiles, James Bay, The Who, Blur, Chic, The Monkees, David Bowie, Toto, REM, INXS, Stealers Wheel, ELO, The Jam, Lionel Richie, Talking Heads, Stereophonics, Kings of Leon, Queen, Al Green, The Killers, The Clash, Oasis, Pulp, Squeeze.. plus many, many more. The band and also the solo performances include a mixture of crowd pleasing covers and also own takes on a number of great songs that you do not often hear to offer something fun and a bit different.
