The African Food Heritage in UK Project by Diversity Rights documents, preserves and raises awareness of recognised UNESCO and popular African culinary traditions in the UK, including dishes with the potential for future UNESCO recognition. Through authentic cooking demonstrations, cultural storytelling and lived experiences, we showcase traditional recipes, ingredients and food practices passed down through generations.
