Even though I enjoy playing video games I usually let myself be limited by my own fears and thoughts. For instance the old classic "I am not good enough". Here I am trying to challenge myself and those fears and thoughts so I step out of my comfort zone and make me stop the self-limitation. A form of exposure therapy you could say. I hope by showing you these videos I can inspire you to stop letting your fears limit you. Let us challenge ourselves together!
