The classes will be a variety of lengths, suitable for all-levels (with many modifications for everyone) Vinyasa or Yin yoga. That means we’ll move through guided breath-to-movement flows focusing on calming the nervous system, building strength and mobility, and finding a little grounding and peace. You’ll want to have a mat, a blanket, some firm pillows of various sizes, a strap or a towel, and yoga blocks or maybe thick books if you don’t have blocks. I recommend finding a quiet space in your home where you will be uninterrupted. The classes will be free, however donations will be accepted if you feel called to or are financially able to via Venmo (@Natalie-Gen) or PayPal (PayPal.Me/nataliegen).
