Dr. S. Ajitha is a highly experienced academic and industry professional with over 16+ years of experience in both fields. She holds a BE in Computer Science, an MBA with specializations in Finance and Human Resources, an MSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy, a Ph.D. in Management from Mother Teresa Women’s University and an M.Tech. in Data Science and Engineering from BITS Pilani. Dr. Ajitha is serving as an Associate Professor at M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences . Her professional expertise includes supervising academic programs, managing budgets, guiding staff and students, and delivering soft skills training. She has made significant contributions as a Master Trainer for Business Analytics and has been involved in various national seminars and workshops. She has also contributed as a reviewer for several journals and conferences. Dr. Ajitha is known for her strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to enhancing the learning environment.
