High! My name is Christian F. Lawrence, better known as Opus. I was born in Rome, Italy but grew up in New Haven, CT. I'm a full time pro touring international musician / drummer who plays in many bands including Dead By Wednesday, Earth (Black Sabbath Tribute USA), Cro-Mags, Tantric & have a solo career as well. Formerly played in David Ellefson's solo band & Gargantua Soul in the 90's. I've also performed live on drums with Frank Bello of Anthrax, Bumblefoot, Daryl of Run DMC, John Bush, & many more! I run an indie underground label called Mindsnap Music, & have put out some amazing bands. Some of my artists are also featured on this page. I'm a published author & have dabbled in acting & host shows & trivia sometimes too.
