Dr. Vesy Kirova enjoys an active performing career as a soloist and a chamber music performer in NYC.
She is also a devoted piano teacher and serves for many years as a faculty at “Art of Piano Playing” Music School and “Riverside Music Studios”,along with maintaining her private students.
Dr. Kirova holds a Bachelor and a Master of Music degrees in Piano Performance from the Bulgarian Music Academy, Master of Music degree from the University of South Florida and Doctor of Musical Arts Degree in Piano Performance from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
For her achievements as a pianist and scholar in 2002 Dr. Kirova was awarded a membership in the Pi Kappa Lambda, the National Music Honors Society in the United States.In 2011 she was also endorsed by the American Federation of Musicians.
Her outstanding accompanist skills led her to be affiliated for many years as a rehearsal pianist at the American Classical Orchestra, New York’s premiere period instrument orchestra.
