I am Frann Schollaert (she/they), a maker and performer from Belgium, based in Tilburg.
My artistic work begins from the body as a vulnerable, living landscape in which emotions, memories, and tensions physically manifest. It is not form, but experience that takes center stage: feeling, being present, moving out of necessity. From this vision, my platform *Bodies Being Bodies* emerged — a space where the body is approached as a living archive and a source of expression.
Together with performers, I explore and translate personal and collective experiences such as trauma, memory, and transformation into movement. Authentic presence, vulnerability, and mutual trust are at the heart of this process. *Bodies Being Bodies* is both an artistic laboratory and a caring workspace — a place for embodied exchange and layered expression. In doing so, we create intense, expressive, in-the-moment experiences for both performers and audience alike.
