Art Song Chicago is a Chicago-based performing arts organization dedicated to the performance and study of art song and vocal chamber music. Through concerts, festivals, master classes, and educational programs, Art Song Chicago works to make Chicago a world home for art song, collaboration, and vocal artistry. Our YouTube channel features professional art song performances, vocal chamber music, master classes, artist interviews, and highlights from live events throughout the Chicago area. Since 2010, Art Song Chicago has presented the Lieder Lounge Series, an annual Master Class Series, and workshops for singers. In 2012, we founded the Collaborative Works Festival, twice named by the Chicago Tribune as one of its “Best Classical Music Events of the Year.” Formerly known as the Collaborative Arts Institute of Chicago (CAIC), Art Song Chicago continues to champion classical vocal music, support artists, and connect audiences with the intimate power of song.
