The man I was before isn’t exactly the man I am now. I’m Coach Binny. Father. Veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan. A man who has fought battles both overseas and inside his own mind. I live with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and PTSD, but those things do not define me. What defines me is the choice to keep moving forward. On this channel I share stories about life, motivation, recovery, focus, and sometimes humor. Some days I’ll post something thoughtful. Other days I’ll just speak what’s on my mind. My hope is simple: that whatever energy, faith, or belief keeps you going… it gives you the strength to keep moving forward in life
