I'm a former dancer with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, former associate producer of Disney's The Lion King, former Dance Director and Chief Officer of Education and Creative Programs at Harlem School of the Arts and current Dean of Students and Director of ABT Wellness and ABT RISE with American Ballet Theatre. I created this channel to share the lessons from my journey and help you rise into your power.
