Glasgow City Region is a partnership of eight partner councils working with local and national stakeholders to drive Regional economic growth and improvement.
Together we are developing plans that will help to grow our economy and provide a great place for residents to live, work and study; for our businesses to flourish and for companies to invest in.
We manage a series of strategies and programmes to support and protect the Region’s economy, including the £1 billion City Deal, the first City Deal in Scotland and one of the largest and the most advanced in the UK.
The eight partner councils are East Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, Glasgow City, Inverclyde, North Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, South Lanarkshire and West Dunbartonshire.
