Founded in Beirut in 2010, ZIX is an acclaimed cross-cultural heavy metal band blending powerful melodies with diverse musical traditions. Metal Hammer Magazine Greece voted and embraced ZiX as “one of the top 100 defenders of the faith.” In 2023, Zix released our new lyric video for "We Will Meet Again," showcasing our signature sound. In 2018, ZIX signed with Universal Music and released second EP, featuring the powerful "Rise From Your Ashes Your Grave," with special guest Hansi Kürsch of Blind Guardian. Our EP, "The Ascent of Madness," earned a 10/10 rating across many Webzines & Magazines In 2016, we signed with Puresteel to release our debut album, “Tides of the Final War,” mixed by Grammy-winning producer Steve Thompson. The album includes the all-star track "Metal Strike," featuring legends from Iron Maiden, MANOWAR, Black Sabbath, and was voted as top ten albums of 2016 In 2012 self-produced EP "WarWhore" released for free, it impacted metal underground fans everywhere
