LVDY [pronounced LADY] is Colorado-based duo, Kathleen Hooper & Aubrey Mable—two powerhouse women - or shall we say LVDIES - creating music that moves, uplifts, and connects. With roots in indie-folk and a sound shaped by soaring harmonies, organic instrumentation, and a touch of dreamy synth, LVDY crafts songs that feel like home. The recipe of Aubrey’s warm timbre and Kathleen’s bright clarity, their voices together create the sound of LVDY. In unison almost unrecognizable who’s who, and in harmony, an effortless blend. Since forming in 2018, LVDY has played hundreds of self-funded, self-built, and community-powered shows. Starting as buskers on sidewalks, they’ve shared stages with Rising Appalachia, KT Tunstall, JOSEPH, Joy Oladokun, and Dirtwire, creating live experiences that feel like you’re getting to know friends.
