Computerised Christmas and Halloween light shows set to music in Tonbridge, Kent, UK.
Lights are low power ws2811 LEDs which means each one can be controlled individually. Five hours of shows only costs a pound or less to run each night even with around 9,000 lights which I now have in the shows.
All of the props are hand made from either pvc conduit pipe or drilled out foamex board and the whole show is run from a Rapsberry Pi micro-computer and Falcon pixel controller boards (pixelcontroller.com/) as well as a Wally's Lights controller board using a Beagle Bone Black ((wallyslights.com). Inside the house the windows have P5 led panels which use Colorlight boards run from Raspberry Pi micro computers.
Everything runs on FPP software from Falcon and is programmed using Xlights software (xlights.org/).
All done for the fun making it and the smiles on the faces of those that come to see the shows. If you like the channel please subscribe and share.
