Hi I'm Brooke! I founded and own my women-only fitness studio in New York called Walk Fusion. This channel is for all my girls who still want to get some great movement in that are unable to get to the studio. Also extend my reach to new people and help new girlies move too! I post all different types of workouts on the channel: full body, lower body, upper body, glute based, hiit, sculpt, cardio dance fitness and treadmill dance videos! I film and edit all my videos myself and it takes FOREVER but I take pride in putting in so much work! I'm always always open to suggestions on workouts that you guys would want so please always feel comfortable commenting and letting me know!
