Duo Hélios was born in 2019 from the idea of two friends, attending with enthusiasm the chamber music class under the guidance of M. Bruno Giuffred at Conservatorio Guido Cantelli of Novara (Italy).
The goal of the duo is to explore 365 the repertoire of the formation, approaching both the classical and folkloristic aspects of the music of all around the world and of all ages.
The duo has performed for many concert initiatives and realities, including conservatories (Naples); in 2021 Duo Hélios has been selected by PARMA Recordings (USA) for a live streaming concert.
The Duo has moreover received the dedication of the piece "Hélios" by the italian composer and friend Ugo Raimondi.
