Dave Koons has been performing Americana Blues Rock for over 11 years, entertaining audiences across the U.S. at venues like The Mint (Los Angeles), House of Blues (Orlando), Amos' South End (Charlotte), and Kenny's Castaways (New York City). He has written music and performed in seven full CDs, and his and appeared on three compilations. Dave K Beyond music, Koons has performed stand-up comedy, starred in Community theater productions (notably as Oscar Madison in 'The Odd Couple'), and appeared in films like Chiefs (1983), 29th Street (1990), and Death Sentence (2005). Dave is also passionate about history, writing a book Fake History/ under the pen name David Manderbach, that is devoted to the politics that eventually brought our country in to a Civil War.
