Gordon is the founder of Y Ltd (March 2013). The company provided marketing & public relations consultancy services to local and international clients and ventured in the following areas; Recruitment - Through HR Pro, over 2,000 people found a job through events held in Malta and abroad. HR Pro also offers recruitment solutions to local companies. Y Events - the company has organised a number of concerts featuring international artists. Calypso Radio - Y Ltd has taken over the operations of Calypso Radio 101.8fm on the 1st July 2019. Malta Broadcasting Authority surveys have shown that the station holds Malta’s second largest audience share. Media - Since October 2020 the company has embarked on the production of a number of television programmes on Xejk TV. The company’s main strength is a team of formidable people Gordon managed to get together along the years. Gordon is the proud father of Amy and Emily and holds a BA (Hons) and an MBA (University of Chester).
