Abhinav Thakur is an independent filmmaker from FTII, He has shot over 33 short films and released 2 feature length film. one of his short film, Radio & Qahar was nominated for Filmfare in 2016-17 and his last film, a rom-com, "Yeh Suhagraat Impossible " which was released on (08-03-2019), has a whopping 8.8 IMDB rating."The Lipstick Boy" is his first extensive directorial upcoming feature where Mr. Amitabh Bachchan has a done Voice-Over and a Cameo. Abhinav Thakur also have many Music Videos and Advertisment to his credit.
He has also worked with OTT platforms like Jio- Cinema, MX-PLAYER, Hungama etc featuring his work. Recently his short film "Gagan" win at IFFI Goa 2021.
