Dr Andy Bowles is a specialist food lawyer who has years of experience gained in the food industry, academia and enforcement. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, Fellow of the Institute of Food Science and Technology and is a practising solicitor (England & Wales). He holds first degrees in Life Sciences and Environmental Health, Master's Degree in Microbiology and PhD in Food Law. Andy does not provide consultancy or legal services to the food trade and all of the information on this site is provided free of charge on a strictly educational basis.
