Covers and originals. As Mr Diamond sings.. "Song of life" I'm a lifelong believer that you can't give in to everything that's going on around you. Yes, be wise, be sensible, but also be wiling to try.. So, as someone who sometimes struggles to breathe well (asthma does that crazy thing) I took advice from a few fellow asthmatics- find something that helps you open your lungs up and do it often. That's one of the reasons I play the songs. Another reason is not because I rate my "talent", but I hope it will lift other peoples' spirits, or to get them to have a little think about the world we live in. Yes, a few "spirituals", ancient and modern.. some sourced from other faiths, and from no faiths Some classics, especially from the '50s to the 80's A few of my own. As the song I haven't written yet says: "Take them or leave them, you're free to ignore. But as long as I breathe I'll be singing some more" Peace, Long life. "Beautiful Noise."
