Richie fronted the legendary pub band Bedford Falls that performed regularly in the capital for many years, including long running appearances at The Barony Bar in Broughton Street and Harry's Bar in Randolph Place.
Bedford Falls at Harry's Bar comprised of Richie Henderson, and Allan "Bert" Bertram.
Richie's brother Roy Henderson was also a regular member.
The brothers also played together under their own name across the city. Roy often performed solo shows and support act stands featuring original material from his own commercially released, and critically admired, albums.
