Mindfulness meditation has become my interest and then my obsession :o)
I wake up thinking about how the mind works, specifically how my mind works, and spend my day wondering how to engineer a happier internal state of being. I have been influenced by yoga philosophy, mindfulness, Tantra, spirituality, consciousness, physics, new age, astrology, tarot, conscious use of energy, so many. I've spent 20 years as a scientist and the science half of my brain hates astrology, but has had to admit that it works.
