The Liberty Partnership Program includes counseling and articulation assistance for under- served high school students, to encourage college attendance. The Liberty Partnership Program is a student support service program for at-risk students in grades 7-12. LPP links these students to an institution of higher learning and exposes them to many college and community ventures which are designed to promote learning. This leads to high school graduation, college and/or career paths. The program annually serves approximately 165 students from Amityville and South Huntington.
