UNION RADIO is a band put together by New York drummer John Macaluso (YngwieMalmsteen, ARK, James LaBrie band, TNT, Riot, Jenifer Batten, Powermad, Starbreaker, Ron “BumblefootThal”, Delmar Brown). The band started after John REMASTERED his 2007 solo album, John Macaluso & Union Radio “The Radio Waves Goodbye” and released it in 2016. A band was put together featuring some of Europe’s top-notch musicians to play the music live on stage such as Giacomo Anselmi (Guitar), Francesco “Frank” Marino (Vocals), Cristian Protofiorito (Keyboards) and Steph De Meccanic on bass. The whole band is based in Italy now and will start touring in November 2016. John Macaluso& Union Radio “The Radio Waves Goodbye” album is produced and co-written by Macaluso and features musicians from around the globe that John has toured and recorded with. On the album is JamesLaBrie (Dream Theater), Mike DiMeo (Riot), Marco Sfogli (PFM), Chris Caffery (TSO), VitalijKuprij (TSO), Alex Masi and many more.
