Allensong is a duo consisting of Paul Allen, an award-winning songwriter and his wife Petra singing backup vocals, who perform 1970's style originals and covers. Paul has been a singer/songwriter since his early beginnings in the Maritime music scene of the 1970's. As a SOCAN songwriter, he has composed and performed Jazz, Blues, Reggae, Rock, Funk, Folk, Country and Pop, and his writing, recording and performing career have found him sharing stages with notable artists like Grapes of Wrath, Kenny Shields and Streetheart, Jann Arden, Spirit of the West and Sarah McLachlan.
