Cliff is straightforward. He works efficiently and thoughtfully. He has extensive experience working with property managers to help them improve the profitability of their company. His past clients have also included financial institutions, government agencies, private investors, and nonprofit organizations. He has worked with businesses and family investment groups to create and implement investment and strategic plans. He is a Certified Property Manager® (CPM) of the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Only the top 15% of commercial brokers hold the CCIM certification. Cliff holds an MBA from Willamette University and a BS in Political Science from Claremont McKenna College. He has served as an adjunct professor of real estate at Portland State University and frequently contributes to industry newsletters.
