Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Stevens has carved a path of success by never allowing circumstances to win the war. After a stellar career at Dulaney High School, his basketball dreams were tested by not being recruited into Division 1 programs. Instead of giving up, Stevens buckled down & walked-on at Coastal Carolina University. Growing into a scholarship Captain of a championship team by his senior year.
His professional career was cut short by a knee injury &, once again, Stevens was at a cross-road. In 2008, Stevens founded Manzer Basketball Academy. Today, Manzer trains professional, collegiate, prep school & young players in much more than basketball. He is developing all-around talent.
Using his degree in Psychology, his never quit attitude in sports & his business savvy, Stevens continues his impact by writing his first book Faith & Fight. He speaks regularly to motivate business leaders, students & top notch professionals.
