I am interested in coal fired locomotives originally made by Walter Kolb (Gauge G), steam plants and steam boats all made of full metal. I try to avoid any plastic in my constructions and wagons. Various restorations of several Walter Kolb locomotives (coal fired), a ME Beam Reeves, a Stuart 5A, a Stuart 4 Twin, a Southworth 12 inch Steam Pump, or a design of a Steam Turbine Power Generator, they are an integral part of several designed steam engine plants and a 5 meter long steam boat (Amphora registered). Steam engines behave differently in big plants compared to the table top versions. I will discuss this and safety aspects, maintenance tricks and some of my inventions. Additionally I am a hobby astronom (www.himmelwarte.ch) and like the japanese culture.
