Idyllic Reeds, a reed quintet based out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, consists of Lauren Ische, Nick Miskimen, Noah Larson, Jack Ford, and Nora Reschke. They were coached by Dr. Alastair Wright, and all attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire studying the likes of music education, performance, and composition. The ensemble enjoys exploring music of all time periods and find pleasure in the beauty of making music together, hence the ensemble name, Idyllic Reeds.
