Mission Statement
Helping people transition to our communities from incarceration, promoting self-confidence and employability by giving them the technical and soft skills to become productive members of The Great State of Idaho.
Who We Are
We are a 501c (3) non-profit organization. We provide workforce development and connection to employment to underserved communities, with an emphasis on men, women and justice Involved youth, ready to re-enter the community from incarceration. We teach them soft skills and give them resources, which may have been barriers to obtaining and retaining employment. Then we educate and train participants through our registered apprenticeship and provide referrals to meaningful employment with our partners in need of valuable employees in the community.
Who We Serve
Our primary mission is to serve all Idaho residents with an emphasis on Justice involved men, women, and youth reentering our communities from institutions or treatment programs.
