Once upon a time (the '90's), there was a radio show (THE TORTURE CHAMBER) and a television show (TORTURE TV). We spent much time chasing around the best machine rock/hard electronic bands of the day. (You kids call it "coldwave" now. I have no idea why.) We wore fishnets, leather and eyeliner. We took too many drugs. This footage is all that's left.
