Mindfulness can be practiced anywhere! What if you could increase calm and peace even when stress has you in overwhelm? To decrease anxiety and increase wellness/regulate the nervous system, I take a break for simple mindfulness strategies, as I demonstrate in short, guided mindfulness meditation videos and Yogi Smoke Breaks, 7-10 minute mindful exercises of breathing techniques, simple seated yoga poses, and guided mindful meditation for beginners.
