Anne Allen is an exceptional flautist who pours her passion for life into every performance. Since graduating from Cambridge & the RNCM (with Distinction) she has had a wide range of performing experience as an international soloist, orchestral musician & performance coach. Having overcome serious illness & injuries several years ago, Anne came out of these experience with skills & strengths that enriched her playing & transformed her life as she emerged stronger and wiser. She combined these learnings & playing the flute with further training in NLP and Havening and her deepening relationship with God, to grow in strength & health in body, mind and spirit. Anne has had the privilege to speak about mental and physical well-being & has had articles published. This YouTube channel was a response to 2020 and the resultant life changes; to be creative, keep positive & invite you to share in a life Anne is passionate about, that reminds her to see love, beauty, hope & joy in the world.
