I help people change the way they move from the inside out, solve chronic pain, and feel empowered to move with more knowledge and confidence in a variety of disciplines.
I combine the most useful tools from my background in yoga, Pilates, mobility, strength and conditioning, and posture and respiration therapy to create individual training programs tailored to each clients’ needs. My one-on-one work and group classes are guided by my study of human breathing patterns, pressure management strategies, and natural asymmetries. I have been teaching yoga since the age of 19 and have been an avid lifelong learner in numerous movement practices. A decade of teaching movement has led me to design tailored programs and classes that educate and inspire clients to connect to their breath and body, transcending their perception of what they thought was possible.
