Blue Cure is a men’s health nonprofit focused on prostate cancer awareness, early detection, and the powerful role lifestyle plays in prevention, treatment decisions, and long-term health. Led by founder and prostate cancer survivor Gabe Canales, Blue Cure is grounded in lived experience. Gabe was diagnosed with prostate cancer at age 35 in 2010 and has spent the past 15 years living with the disease while advocating for informed, proactive, and patient-centered care. Through expert interviews, survivor stories, and evidence-based conversations, Blue Cure empowers men to take ownership of their health — addressing prostate cancer alongside the lifestyle-driven chronic conditions that shorten men’s lives. Our mission is simple: help men get informed earlier, reduce stigma, and use lifestyle as a tool for longer, healthier lives.
