Montreal based The Everything Else is the natural evolution of the well-established punk - rock quintet Fifty Nutz. This brand new project captures and combines the essence of true Canadian Rock and is infused with pure Punk Rock attitude. The bands influences are quite varied: The Who, Social Distortion, Hot Water music and The Sam Roberts Band just to name a few.
The band is composed of Dan Marquis (vocals) Étienne Bonin (lead guitar), Yan Bertrand (Bass), Nicolas Mailloux (rhythm guitar) and Philippe Simard-Adam (drums). « The Everything Else is Classic Rock played by Punks!! » says Étienne Bonin.
Since 1997 and under their former moniker “Fifty Nutz”, the members of The Everything Else have travelled across Canada and the northern Unites States, performing at such noteworthy events as the Vans Warped Tour, MusiquePlus’s Extreme Fest and most recently their official reunion/farewell show at Amnesia Rockfest in 2014.
