- my experience with subliminals I found out that using only one affirmation in a subliminal will change your life drastically instead of using allot of affirmations reason is because so many subliminal makers actually don't know what they're doing and don't know anything about the subconscious mind and pack a whole bunch of affirmations in one video this could put a lot of pressure on your subconscious mind and not give you any benefits BUT putting only one affirmation in a subliminal over and over will manifest the life you want very quickly and give your subconscious something to focus on.
