Relax, Release, Focus, Meditate and Be Inspired!
I had an out-of-body experience playing my sound bowl...
A traumatic childhood left me with psychological scars. On my healing journey, I encountered various energy workers whose observations were always the same, "You're heart chakra is blocked."
One early morning, when the veil between the spiritual world is thinnest, I was inspired to place my heart chakra singing bowl on my chest and play it while laying down.
Within a few moments I felt a strong pain in my chest, like a heart attack. In the distance I could hear an unintelligible woman's voice. The pain subsided and right in my ear I heard the voice say "You Are God." I began to raise upwards out of my body, followed by a rush, as if moving at the speed of light.
When I found myself in bed again, I cried liberating tears of gratitude. For the first time I knew I was not alone. I was finally free.
My experience is what motivates me to share the healing gift of singing bowls❤️
