We show the machines, materials, tooling, automation, technology, and code behind our work, including gearbox builds and practical shop-floor problem solving. From spur and helical to sprocket, ratchet, worm and worm gear, rack, splines, and bevel gears, you’ll see how parts are made in practice and verified to print/spec and customer requirements. Gear making isn’t available in every machine shop—our goal is to make it more prevalent by teaching both fundamentals and advanced techniques for makers at every level.
We can design any gear, but our shop is focused on fine and medium pitch gears, ideal for instrumentation and power transmission in aerospace, medical, and many other industries.
