Tom Holland is an internationally recognized exercise physiologist and certified sports nutritionist with over 30 years’ experience in the fitness industry.
Tom has a master's degree in exercise science & sport psychology and holds numerous national certifications including: NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ACSM, ACE and AFAA. Tom is the author of six books, including The 12 Week Triathlete (two editions), The Marathon Method, Beat the Gym, Swim, Bike, Run - Eat and The Micro-Workout Plan.
Tom's fitness advice and workouts have been featured in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Daily News, The New York Post, Women's Health, Men's Health, Men's Journal, Oxygen, Shape, Runner's World and more.
Tom is also an elite endurance athlete, having completed 26 Ironman triathlons and over 80 marathons & ultramarathons around the world.
Tom now hosts the top-rated podcast Fitness Disrupted 2.0 and is currently working on his seventh book.
