LIGHTHOUSE FOR LIFE is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization seeking to combat sex trafficking through education, restoration, and empowerment. We are speaking up in our community, partnering with the school systems, civic organizations, churches, and other organizations combating human trafficking. Awareness is the first step to prevention. Educating our students decreases the chance they will become involved in either side of human trafficking. We saw the need for specialized after-care facilities for victims of sex trafficking. Fewer than 100 spaces inside U.S. after-care facilities are intended for rescued human trafficking victims. We are establishing long term after-care facility in Richland County, SC for girls age 12 - 21 who have come out of human trafficking. Some of the videos on this channel will take you on a tour of our fully furnished facility. We are now in process of hiring and training caregivers. We will open for residents once that essential task is complete.
