The Kitchen of Chef Mark is a channel that shows people how to cook fine dining restaurant quality dishes at home. We travel to a different city every week and visit local hotspots, attractions, and restaurants. We create cooking videos with actual footage from these cities; It is our way of adding some fun while educating you the viewer on the origins of the dishes that are made. Sometimes we add our own twist to a dish. We also post reviews of places and give you tips for when you're traveling. Just because a restaurant is on the water doesn't mean that the seafood is fresh. We love operator owners; some of the best restaurants are often owned by the men and women running the place. When they do it for the love of their customers and not the love of the money, it shows in the quality of the food and service. We try and post a new video every week. Thank you for watching!
