Hi, my name is Debra and on this channel I'll be sharing my weight loss journey. I am 60 years old and started a Ketogenic Diet in February 2018. So if you subscribe to this channel you'll see... a little talk about workouts, weight loss updates, progress pictures, recipes, and shopping recommendations. I started this channel because it has worked for me, and I hope to encourage others to do their own research and give it a try.
