FAIR USE: The purpose of the video use in this channel is transformative. Videos were taken from a broadcast tape, to show the cruelty of horse racing and why it needs to end. ~*~*~*~* This channel is dedicated to the captive equines of the racing industry. They are whipped, drugged, confined, forced to run until their lungs bleed & their bodies break. They are dumped in "claiming" races over and over, throughout their so-called "careers." It is common for these horses to be trafficked for hundreds, even thousands of miles. Broodmares are repeatedly impregnated, year after year. Untold numbers of these spent mothers end up in kill pens. These are the videos of terrified horses being loaded into the starting gate, horses in the last moments of their lives, horses collapsing, horses clipping heels & crashing. Videos of replays that have been butchered or deleted by the industry. Memorial videos to honor the horses who unwillingly made the ultimate sacrifice. Kill Racing Not Horses.
