Matt Soverns is a singer/songwriter and performer from Pendleton, Indiana. Since 2014, Matt has been a "Piano Man", playing for bars and events where he takes song requests from the audience, and plays one after another instantly from memory. In his original music, Matt is a poet and a natural performer, drawing inspiration from the deep well of art, music, and pop culture he has studied. Primarily a keyboardist and vocalist, Matt always performs with his keyboard. He is a strong band leader often joined by a rhythm section and, occasionally, a horn section. However, he also busks sporadically with his "street piano". On stage and on the street, he is known for his incredible talent, and strong voice.
