Matthew Luppino is an award-winning Canadian independent filmmaker, writer, director, and producer, based in Windsor-Essex, Ontario. He is the president and founder of Luppo Studios Productions Inc. Luppino is a passionate and versatile filmmaker, often not afraid to get his hands dirty while wearing multiple hats on his productions. He frequently handles almost every major role behind and in front of the camera, including cinematography, editing and acting. He graduated from the Toronto Film School with High Honours and Distinction in 2015. Over his career, his films have earned widespread international acclaim and global recognition. Luppino is known for creating deeply emotional narratives that explore themes like mental health, love, and grief. His storytelling prowess and creative vision have made him a celebrated and respected name in the world of independent filmmaking. Beyond his film career, Luppino is also a photographer, songwriter, rapper, and music video director.
