Are you finding it hard to calm your mind from thoughts running wild? If so, I've made videos to slowly help train your brain to focus with little stimulation. So, sit back back and relax, or grab a pair of scissors, some color paper, and a glue stick and join me as I cut and stick, cut and stick my way to inner peace. I always feel wonderful during this slow process and my mind is light as a feather when I am done. And, often times, I end up with something lovely to hang on my wall or give to a friend. 😊
