I'm a Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with Yoga Alliance® holding certification as a RYT 200 and fully insured. Trained in vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, and yin yoga. I'm a teacher at several premium yoga studios in the Jacksonville, FL area.
